Shipping & Refund Policies
As a small, independently owned business, most items are made-to-order and will be shipped as soon as possible. Typical processing time is 3-5 business days before your order gets shipped out.
We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, causing some slight delays. We are now told that production can take up to 7-10 business days before they ship. This means that it can take up to 2-4 weeks for you to receive your package.
The limited edition hoodies, sweatshirts and long sleeved tees are shipping out via USPS within 48 hours of receipt of order however the postal service is also experiencing delays of varying degree that may or may not affect delivery times.
We hope to return to regular order shipments as soon as we can, and we appreciate your patience.

No returns or exchanges allowed, except in the case of flaws found in workmanship (as long as the items have not been worn or used).
In the event that there are workmanship flaws with any item you purchase, we accept returns only on unworn, unwashed, and intact clothing items,

We reserve the right to deny refunds to any sender without prior return approval.
Only unworn/unwashed items will be accepted for returns/exchange - within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
